Welcome Iglesia Restauracion La Vid
We are blessed to have a new start-up church renting our building. Immediately following our service, Iglesia Restauracion La Vid will be holding its service from 1:30- 4:00 every Sunday afternoon. This is a Spanish-speaking ministry with a young congregation and they are very excited for this opportunity to expand. It is especially wonderful to see so many smiling faces in our children's rooms on Sunday. We welcome this sister congregation into our church home.

Another Successful Hearts in Unity Fundraiser Lasagna Dinner!
Our Hearts in Unity fundraiser lasagna dinner was a big success Saturday, February 24, 2024 raising about $2,500 for the church and also raising the level of connection we enjoy with our church family. We bless and thank all 65 attendees and honor all volunteers for their service, their can-do attitudes, and the joy they bring to every event. Special kudos to Fun(d)Raising Team Leader Betty Sari for once again working her magic with her great team and pulling off another fabulous event that blessed the church with an abundance of love and funds!
A big "Thank You!" to everyone who supported our first Fall-oween Chili Cook-off in October, 2023. We had a scary good time and raised $1,000 for the church.

UCR rocks ... LITERALLY!
Our UCR congregation brought hands and feet to the Unity message of Peace, Love, and Joy by painting affirmation river rocks as part of our 2023 World Day of Prayer celebration. We enjoyed distributing them throughout the community in mid-September. Imagine all the people who found one of these rocks with the right and perfect message at the right and perfect time!
2023 Dawg Days of Summer Fundraiser Raffle a Red-hot Success!
What's more fun than a water balloon fight on a hot summer's day? Winning $500 AND blessing the church with a successful fundraiser! We sold 136 tickets and raised $2720 for the church. Many thanks to the oh-so-cool raffle team: Alan and Anne Smith, Louise Smythe, and Melanie Raskin. Special thanks to the anonymous donor who contributed the prize money for this event.
